The app may store saved ghost drawings, prompt text, drawing strokes, share-card settings, and favorites locally so Gallery and Replay work.

Ghost Draw is designed as a local creative app. Your drawings, replay data, and gallery records stay on your device unless you choose to save, export, or share them.
Photos permission
If you use Save to Photos, iOS asks for permission so Ghost Draw can add the result image to your photo library.
Sharing
When you use the system share sheet, you control where the exported image or replay page is sent.
